No weight loss talk, no pressure, just real support and sustainable strength.
For moms 2 to 9 months postpartum:
Ease into Fitness
This 8-week Postpartum Rehab Class is designed to help you EASE back into strength training postpartum. This class focuses on the foundations of postpartum recovery including breathing, pelvic floor exercises, core retraining, whole body strengthening and mobility. There will be zero focus on weight loss or “bouncing back”.
Classes happen Online and In-person at Encompass Health & Wellness in Kitchener
Ease into Fitness Details:
In-person Class
When: 8-week sessions on Thursdays
Time: 2 class times - 12-1PM & 1:20-2:20 PM
Location: Encompass Health and Wellness (Kitchener)
Cost: $45 per class (Billed as physiotherapy after each class.* All classes are required to be attended and payment in full is required for any missed classes.)
Who this class is for: 2-months to 9-months postpartum moms (to minimize safety risk for crawling babies as we will be using dumbbells) (babies are welcome!)
Spots available: 6 in each class
*In order for these classes to be covered by physiotherapy benefits, each NEW participant is required to book a 50-minute physiotherapy assessment with Rhonda before the 8-week session begins. Current clients of Rhonda's will not need an assessment. Returning clients will need a 30-minute follow-up check-in before class begins.

Online Class
When: 8-week sessions on Wednesdays
Time: 12PM to 1PM
Location: Zoom
Cost: $45 per class (Billed as physiotherapy after each class.* All classes are required to be attended and payment in full is required for any missed classes.)
Who this class is for: 2-months to 9-months postpartum moms (kids are welcome since it’s an online class!)
Spots available: 10 in each class

Current clients of Rhonda's will not need an assessment. Returning clients will need a 30-minute follow-up check-in before class begins.

For moms 6 months to many years postpartum:
Strong for Life
This 8-week Functional Retraining Class is designed to help you continue to build and maintain strength in a realistic and sustainable way (with zero focus on weight loss). This class focuses on the foundations of strength training, emphasizing consistency, accountability, proper form, injury rehab, and workouts that fit into your busy schedule.
Classes happen Online and In-person at Encompass Health & Wellness in Kitchener
Strong for Life Details:
In-person Class
When: 8-week sessions on Mondays OR Tuesdays
Time: Mondays at 12-1pm or 1:20-2:20pm or Tuesdays at 12-1pm
Location: Encompass Health and Wellness (Kitchener)
Cost: $45 per class (Billed as physiotherapy after each class.* All classes are required to be attended and payment in full is required for any missed classes.)
Who this class is for: Those that have completed Ease into Fitness and/or are 6-months+ postpartum and are looking for a more advanced class (babies are welcome!)
Spots available: 6 in each class

When: 8-week sessions on Tuesdays OR Fridays
Time: 8-8:50 pm on Tuesdays, 11-11:50 am on Fridays
Location: Zoom (link sent out the day of each class)
Cost: $45 per class (Billed as physiotherapy after each class.* All classes are required to be attended and payment in full is required for any missed classes.)
Who this class is for: Those that have completed Ease into Fitness and/or are 6-months to many years postpartum and are looking for a more advanced class (kids are welcome since it’s an online class!)
Spots available: 10 in each class

Thrive 50+
This 8-week small group class is designed to help you ease into strength training during perimenopause, menopause, and beyond with support from a physiotherapist. This class focuses on the foundations that matter most at this stage: pelvic floor support, core stability, balance, mobility, and whole-body strengthening to help you move with more confidence. This class is ideal if you’re looking to build strength safely, improve balance and stability, reduce pain, or return to exercise after injury. There will be zero focus on pushing through pain or losing weight.
Classes happen In-person at Encompass Health & Wellness in Kitchener
Thrive 50+ Details:
In-person Class
When: 8-week sessions on Tuesdays
Time: 1:20-2:20 PM
Location: Encompass Health and Wellness (Kitchener)
Cost: $45 per class (Billed as physiotherapy after each class.* All classes are required to be attended and payment in full is required for any missed classes.)
Who this class is for: For women who are 50+ and are looking for guidance with getting into consistent strength training post-injury or post-time away from exercise for any reason
Spots available: 6 in each class
